GLASS expands to LATAM

GLASS announces its expansion to Latin America, hand in hand with the Government of Mexico City and its Digital Agency for Public Innovation.

The first joint project will consist on the creation of Mexico City’s Small Procurement Platform, providing inclusion mechanisms and incentives for the participation of small businesses in small public procurement processes, which constitute 50% of the City's annual transactions.

The tool will be connected to the City's Central Public Procurement System, enabling the first complete online public procurement flow and accelerating its digitization, from purchase order to direct payment.

"This first collaboration between Mexico City and Glass seeks to accelerate the implementation of critical technological components that will allow the City to conduct public procurement under better conditions of quality, price, financing and opportunity, fostering competition and government efficiency."

- Paola Santana, CEO of GLASS
