GLASS COMMERCE allow governments to simplify procurement operations, reduce barriers of entry for small businesses, and assist public employees in making the right purchasing decision, every single time.

What can I do in GLASS COMMERCE?

If you’re a government agency employee or representative, you can use GLASS COMMERCE to purchase, contract or rent goods and services offered at a price under your agency’s purchase threshold, from registered businesses or individuals that are Commerce-verified and authorized to transact with governments.

If you’re a business or individual, you can create a GLASS COMMERCE store and offer such goods or services to government, as long as you get verified and guarantee to offer your best available price through our marketplace.

Who can use GLASS COMMERCE?

If you’re buying through GLASS COMMERCE, you should be an official government agency employee or representative with legal authority to engage in procurement transactions on behalf of your agency.

A GLASS COMMERCE vendor-verification is part of our onboarding process where we evaluate if a business or professional services offering complies with local requirements for selling to a government agency and to receive public funds.

We also require that any products or services in our marketplace display the best available price for governments at all times, and that our vendors guarantee matching their best available price in cases where government buyers identify such best price elsewhere.

What is a GLASS COMMERCE store?

A GLASS COMMERCE store is the portal through which businesses can sell or rent products or services directly to government agencies. After a business has been verified, it will be able to enjoy the benefits of having a GLASS COMMERCE store, including:

  • Selling to governments without the hassle of additional paperwork.
  • Virtualizing a catalog and receiving orders 24/7.
  • Updating products and prices with a couple of clicks.
  • Centralizing and managing all government orders, transactions, deliveries and reviews.
  • Understanding analytics, insights and trends related to government sales.

How do I place an order?

To place an order through GLASS COMMERCE search for the product or group of products you would like to order. Add the product to your cart through the "Add to Cart" button located below the product image. 

Once the item(s) is added to your cart, confirm that all looks correct and click proceed to checkout and place your order. Your order will be received and soon on its way to you! You will get a confirmation email once your order has been placed and once it has been shipped.

How can I cancel an item or an order?

What is GLASS COMMERCE’s refund and return policy?

While GLASS COMMERCE will strive to provide reasonable returns and refunds when applicable. Once an order or Purchase Order (PO) is processed and/or completed, the buyer assumes any and all fees associated with the cancellation of such order, including but not limited to manufacturing charges, shipping, handling, freight costs, and any restocking charges.
