1. Sign in to commerce. glass
2. Click or tap the Your Account icon.
3. Click or tap Orders.
4. Click Help with the order next to the order you’re interested in.
5. In the text box that appears, describe the problem to the seller.
6. Click or tap the arrow icon or press Enter to send. GLASS COMMERCE team will be notified of the news and we will send you an answer as soon as possible.
