What’s the Status of My Order?

You can check the status of your order on the Orders page on commerce.glass.

Next to your order on the Orders page, you’ll see the shipping status:

  - Processed: The order hasn’t shipped yet.

  - Shipped: The vendor marked the order as shipped.

  - In Transit: The vendor added a tracking number and the package has left the shipping facility.

If the vendor added tracking information, you’ll see Track Package under the shipping status. Click Track Package to see tracking updates from the shipping carrier.

If your order is Not Shipped yet, you can Contact Support to check in on the order status.

If your order is Shipped or In Transit, you can track your order if you have a tracking number. Learn more about tracking your order.

To find your order:

  1. Sign in to commerce. glass.

  2. Click the Your Account icon.

  3. Click Orders.

  4. Find your order on the Orders page. 

I don’t have a COMMERCE account

If you don’t have a Commerce account, you’ll get an email when your order is shipped. If you want to contact support you can reply directly to the email receipt you received when you purchased your order.

Who is the seller?

All items on Commerce.glass are sold by independent vendors that have been fully verified in advance. Learn more about our vendor verification process.
