After a purchase

After submitting your order, you'll see a confirmation page. You’ll then receive a notification email from GLASS COMMERCE confirming your purchase.

Remember that even though your items were purchased at the same time, they’ll ship separately from different sellers. If you have a question about your order status, make sure to Contact Support.

You can either click the Contact Support button in the email receipt or go to Your Account > Orders, find the order, and click Contact Support next to the item you have a question about.
