How to Cancel an Order?

To cancel a purchase on COMMERCE:

  1. Sign in to commerce.glass.

  2. Click the Your Account icon.

  3. Click Orders.

  4. Find the order you want to cancel.

  5. Click Contact Support.

  6. Request COMMERCE to cancel the order and click Send.

Accepting your request is up to the individual vendor. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

How to cancel a purchase without an Etsy account

You can contact the support by replying to the receipt email you received when you placed your order. Request that the vendor cancels your order. The email receipt is from orders@commerce.glass.

Accepting your request is up to the individual vendor. Submitting a cancellation request doesn’t automatically cancel your order.

If you want to create an account and cancel your order, find the receipt that was emailed to you after purchase. Click the order number, and you'll be taken to commerce.glass where you'll be prompted to create an account. Then, follow the instructions to cancel your order.
