Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS
If you'd like to return an item you've purchased with us, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must: be unused and in the same condition that you received it; be in the original packaging; and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund request after inspecting the item.
If your refund request is approved, you will be able to choose between a credit to spend on Glass Commerce, or a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
If you choose to have a credit to spend on Glass Commerce, it will be issued from 2 to 4 hours after your request is approved. If you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method, you will receive it on a few days based on your bank or card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can choose one of our drop-off locations to avoid shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
